Return & Refund Policy – Inner Beauty Hair and Makeup Designs

At Inner Beauty Hair and Makeup Designs, we strive to provide high-quality hair extensions and beauty products. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict return and refund policy to maintain hygiene and quality standards. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions, wigs, lace products, or beauty accessories for health and safety reasons.

Exceptions may apply in the case of:

Incorrect or defective products: If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery. The item must remain unused, in its original packaging, with all tags attached.

To request an exchange for a defective or incorrect item:

Email innerbeautyhairandmakeup@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the product, and a detailed explanation of the issue.

If approved, you will receive return instructions. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

2. Refunds

We do not offer refunds unless a product is determined to be defective or incorrect. If your return request is approved for a defective or incorrect item:

A replacement will be sent, or

A store credit will be issued, if applicable.

Refunds are not granted for:

Buyer’s remorse or incorrect orders placed by the customer

Used or altered hair (including washed, dyed, cut, or installed hair)

Lace products that have been cut or customized

3. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.

If you need to modify an order, contact us within 24 hours of purchase at innerbeautyhairandmakeup@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. Please contact the shipping carrier for assistance with tracking issues.
